Scott A. McMillan is a good man. He has not represented me in any official legal role, however I have on a couple of occasions reached out to him for advice on business. Not only was he willing to give me his private number. He also reviewed some documents for me, gave me his professional opinion and guidance on how to proceed. Never once did he ask for a dime or anything else in exchange for his time and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend or seek his counsel in the future if needed on any level. If more attorneys had this level of integrity, concern, honesty, and experience. Then the attorneys of this world could hold thier heads higher. Scott is truly a standard that others in, his profession should try to be more like.

Mr McMillan has been my lawyer for over a decade. He's helped me with both personal and professional cases many times. He is very responsive, answers my emails or phone calls, text or FB messages very promptly. His advice is usually stellar, calm, reasonable, and comforting, even when I don't necessarily want him to be. He's been the voice of reason for me on a few occasions and that's definitely something we all need in our world today. Whenever I need legal advice, Scott is the one that I turn to. An exceptional attorney with care and sympathy. I had to consult Mr. Scott McMillan for a case. I am not a big fan of going to court back and forth as it seems difficult to trust lawyers these days. However, Scott made me feel very comfortable and helped me with his broad knowledge with all the options. He advised me to handle my case by myself and answered every question i had thoroughly. We finished the consultation that lasted over an hour until closer to 7 pm at night with no charge, and it did not end until he provided all the assistance and the assurance he could. If i will have to build such a case, Scott McMillan will be my first option.

I was having so much trouble finding a lawyer that was willing to take on my case. I had gone through two lawyers and they took my money but did nothing for me. I got in contact with Scott through a friend's recommendation and he took me under his wing. He took on my case and gave me confidence that we could beat my case. I was being sued by a company and Scott (being the amazing lawyer that he is) found out that they were actually committing fruad!! The company had been out of business for years and I had no idea!
