I was involved in a motorcycle cycle accident and I chose a law firm that was supposed to specialize in motorcycle accidents.Itv turns out that was just a gimmick to bring in unsuspecting clients. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks, they had some office person email me. I was speaking with a colleague explaining that i was going to fire this firm and he referred me to David Egan.
David was phenomenal in handling everything. I was immediately at ease after our initial meeting, from that moment on David handled everything and all I had to focus on was recovery.
Not only did he handle everything regarding the case he also made sure that I was always informed about the progress. David also through his knowledge of the insurance industry helped me in making sure my family and I had the best insurance we could get. Until that point I thought we were adequately covered, I had no idea. I am greatly appreciative of everything David had done for us. 5 stars isn't enough in my opinion.

February 20th 2019 my wife was involved in a 3 car collision on her way home from work. Due to the amount of pain I called David Egan for guidance. He immediately provided information and set up appointments to provide the best care for my wife. He is very diligent in dealing with the insurance companies and always kept us posted on the developments.
This was the most stress free experience one could ask for. I was involved in a motorcycle accident in November of last year and my quest for a good accident lawyer was in full effect. David had great reviews, hence why I initially went with him. In December right before Christmas my daughter and I were involved in a traffic accident in San Diego. The stress of Christmas and the injuries we suffered were bad enough without the costs involved in hospital visits and rehabilitation co pays and insurance deductibles.
We were referred by a good friend who had used David but we have always been apprehensive dealing with attorneys. How surprised I was with an attorney who actually cared about us getting well. He took care of the insurance companies calling us nearly daily for statements, documents and wanting us to come down to their office. SO MUCH stress was taken off our shoulders by this wonderful man. He kept in constant contact to let me know how things were going.
Without writing a book we received a settlement that was three times beyond what we even dreamed of. We are now healthy, our car has been repaired by the dealer and the stress of bills is not only gone but our finances now have “breathing room”.
