Hyatt McIntire & Associates has been a huge help to our family. Paula helped us years ago to create our trust. We have since updated it with Mindi. It’s not easy to think about preparing for when we are gone. It’s a task that no one wants to discuss or do. The people in this office are very understanding, compassionate and helpful throughout the process.

They were also extremely helpful after the passing of my parents. When I needed help executing their trust, Mindi and the rest of the staff was a tremendous help. For several months, I was having an issue with a bank about a PoA for my mom that was done by mobile notary. The bank was playing games and not telling me what the issue was with the PoA. My last resort was to hire an attorney and my brother and I met Amanda for the first time in June of 2024. Amanda communicated with the bank's corporate HQ and found out what was wrong with the original PoA. Amanda made a new PoA and that gave Amanda to force the bank to accept thew new PoA and they did.

Amanda and the whole staff at Hyatt McIntire & Associates are very wonderful, compassionate, and caring. My family and I would like to thank everyone at Hyatt McIntire & Associates for everything they did for my mom and I.

There are lots of local attorneys and online options to choose from when one is estate planning. For some people, a fill in the blank online document or generic legal advice would work, but our elderly family member needed advice and help with an existing trust so we decided an in person consultation with a more knowledgeable firm was needed. Hyatt-McIntire & Associates was recommended to us and we’re very glad we chose them.
From first contact to the document signing, Judy and Amanda at Hyatt-McIntire were very professional and gave us great advice. The family met with Amanda and our family member explained their wishes to her. Amanda explained the different avenues that would work including the possible consequences of each choice. Throughout the meeting, Amanda made it clear that our elderly family member was her client, which was truly appreciated, especially when it came time to sign the prepared documents. On the day documents were signed, Amanda took time to speak separately with our family member, with a close friend, and finally with the entire family and notary. In addition to the requested changes, there were updates made to the trust documents to better serve our family member’s current and future needs. The entire process was easy, explained well, and suited our family member perfectly. I highly recommend Hyatt-McIntire & Associates.

It is time this office got some current stars! They are amazing to work with from the first phone call to the last visit! We moved out of state and left family here. I began searching for an attorney that would simply tell me if what I wanted was even possible. The first office I called said they don’t do estate but call “this number “. I called “this number” (not Hyatt McIntire & Associates) and for $300 I am welcome to make an appointment, even a virtual if I needed, to answer my question. I confirmed “I just want to know is it possible! So I have to pay $300 to find out if it can be done and if the answer is ‘no’ then ‘oh well!’?” She said “yes, I’m sorry, but that is the way it works.”

Then I called Hyatt McIntire & Associates. I asked my question and was told “Yes. I believe that is possible. We would need more details to confirm and to put it together for you. Would you like to make an appointment?” Absolutely! Yes I do! But here is another problem, I am out of state. I would need to fly in, have all paperwork completed by the time I need to leave. I’m told she “thought that could be done” but she couldn’t guarantee since their normal turn-around time was several days longer.

I took a chance and I will NEVER regret it. Judy (first encounter) was always friendly and helpful; Amanda understood the emotions behind the requests and made sure all issues were addressed and all could walk out with peace of mind and know we are legally safe. She even took extra precautions to protect in the future. I am very(!!) thankful Amanda knows the law, that she thinks ahead on what needs ‘could’ arise and that she leaves you confident, as you walk out, that you are in good hands and thankful you chose her.

Did she get the job done? Absolutely!
Was she knowledgeable? Absolutely!
Did she keep us informed? Absolutely!
Was she sensitive enough? Absolutely!

We could have done everything on line with the $29 a month attorney but I would be wondering what we missed and how could I have done it better, and what if…

Do I like paying for an attorney? (Sorry, Amanda, some more truth here) No but I won’t skimp on legal safety like I wouldn’t skimp on a mechanic either. My physical safety is important and so is my financial. (Please understand, I am not saying they are extremely expensive but they do cost more than a “Happy Meal”. lol)

Bottom line? Thank you Amanda and staff. You did your jobs and more. You deserve the praise 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Huge mistake hiring paulla mcintire to handle my trust and estate planning. Words can't accurately convey how unimpressed I was with her. She does not come across very well and is highly unrefined in the way she speaks and conducts herself. I will never seek her service again nor will I recommend her under any circumstance. As a matter of fact, I'm telling all of my friends about my experience with her.
