Mr. Kotler,
Will mislead and lie to you. He is there to drain. Told him in the begining to gi e her the house and everything in it in trade for spousal support. She was entitled to none of the house. He told me it was a bad idea a home is an important asset. A couple months later her attorney was trying to gorce the sale of my home. Richard new and had not told me. The judge informed me at a continuation of there intentions. When Richard was confronted he said, "Do you think its a good idea to keep your home?" What a flip. I had to destroy my credit and file chapter 13 to protect my home. When trial came july 3 2018 Mr Kotler had not filed a brief nor did he show up. Oct 12 new trial Richard showed and was walked over by a 12 year general law practioner. Richard is a 30 year family law specialist in retirement mode. Arrogant with no work ethic or conscience.

The man who wrote the above review is a bitter man. He refuses to take any personal responsibility for his own actions. He blamed his wife of 10 years for his emotional and health problems and blames the judge and me for the portions of the judgment that went against him. I feel very sorry for him.
