I worked with April Oliver from Gharibian & Oliver for assistance with a civil restraining order. Her and Peggy, her paralegal, were the best team I could have asked for! I received professional, yet compassionate advice which was so important since I was terrified of the respondent. They answered all my questions and even anticipated some roadblocks that might arise with the evidence I had. When the respondent tried to gaslight me with a retaliatory restraining order, April provided a solution that outmaneuvered him. Peggy quickly got all the paperwork I needed squared away and April made herself available the day before my hearing to walk me through all the steps so I felt as confident as possible during my day in court. It has been over a year since Paulette and her team finalized my now fiancés divorce. We thank our lucky stars EVERY day for what she was able to do for us and our loved ones. This was a lengthy and highly contested divorce but we are grateful for Paulette, Peggy, Julie, and all the wonderful ladies in the office who stood patiently by our sides throughout the whole process. Divorce is never easy, but I am more than thankful I went with Paulette Gharibian. She not only knows Family Law but treats her clients with incredible compassion. She worked extremely hard to ensure mine and my children's future even with the most challenging circumstances. She was always professional even faced with opposing council that didn't share the same value of that professionalism. It meant a lot to continuously meet other lawyers and even Judges that knew and respected Paulette. I called, looking for a basic estimate and they said that I would have to come in and pay $200 to, potentially, waste my time. Every business is required to give a quote by law, why should people pay to get a quote here? Might wanna think that one over....looks like they like taking pictures more than lawyering.
