It has been 19 months since I hired Patrick Benca. 10 months ago I finally received some communication on what information was needed from me (information I provided 19 months ago that they had not done anything with and apparently lost). That should have been the sign to run away since it took 9 months for that. Since then, I have reached out through emails, phone calls, and text messages on nearly a monthly basis. The only response I received (5 months later) was a single line email that still didn't answer my questions, but said they would get back to me. I have continued to reach out but have still not received a response in the past 5 months. Don't waste your time.

Update: it has now been another 3 months, with no response despite numerous emails, web inquiries, and phone calls. Stay away from him

Update again: In a couple weeks, it will have been 24 months since I hired Patrick Benca and 10 months without a response. I sent a letter via certified mail to Mr. Benca's office, requesting information on what has been completed in regards to what I paid him to complete nearly 2 years ago. I asked for a response within 10 business days, which of course I received no response. I submitted my grievance form and supporting documentation to the Supreme Court of Arkansas Office of Professional Conduct this morning. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!

Worst lawyer (liers) office ever. Retained Patrick Benca for ending of probation early and sealing/expungement of record. I was on my 4th of 7yrs probation. I'm now on my 6th of 7. I have paid over $2000 for retaining. Zero has happened. Office does not communicate with you. They will not return phone calls, answer email or texts and noone is ever in the office. It's been almost 25 months they have done nothing except take my money. His Paralegal Sarah Simone never answers phonecalls and very rude. Thus place is a ripoff and a joke of an attourney - Run. Away. From them.

Patrick Benca is the BEST criminal defense lawyer in Arkansas. His paralegal, Sarah Simone, is the BEST paralegal in Arkansas. But, calling them the best does not give the Patrick Benca legal team enough credit. Patrick Benca did more than just represent me in court; he quite literally saved my life. My experience was not a great experience I paid Patrick Benca to represent my fiancé in a federal criminal case, I paid $6,800 and Mr. BENCA did absolutely nothing, he went to see my fiancé for one 10 minute visit at the jail and that was it. After that I could never reach him. It’s been over a year now and after filing a complaint with code of ethics board they did absolutely nothing claiming that Mr. Benca claims we paid him for advice. Please that does not even make sense. So because of who he is he gets to rob people and the board of ethics allow it. All I can say is WOW and I wonder if our skin was a different color would this matter have been overlooked!!!! YES, I went there!!!!!
I have proof and yet Patrick Benca is allowed to rob people!!! Your not that good!!! I would never pay you $6,800 for advice!!! Get out of here with that non sense and lies.
