On April 25th 2024 I was riding my motorcycle into work and was merged into by a uhaul at around 35 mph and in an instant I was thrown from my bike, on the ground evading oncoming traffic, busted up confused and bloody. I ended up in pretty bad shape covered in cuts scrapes and road rash with a few cracked bones and stitches on my forehead above my right eyebrow where I had initially landed and the debt I found myself in after the fact seemed to be just as bad. I spoke with attorney after attorney and lawfirm after lawfirm whom were sympathetic yet unwilling to help and that is when Mr. Joe Hoke and Ms. Brittni Sabatini had reached out to me. To put it bluntly these to were simply amazing from the jump not only were they prepared to represent and fight for me but they also gave me all kinds of information on my situation that no one else seemed to care to do and that was even before I agreed to have them represent me. They had estimated the case would take roughly a year from start to finish and had things to a close months before that. Both Joe and Brittni had me awe struck from the word "go" being extremely honest, informative, dedicated, timely and caring. These two not only did everything they could to properly represent me and fight on my behalf but also doubled the settlement amount other lawfirms barely had time to even quote. In my situation when I found myself down struggling and broken in many different ways Joe Hoke and Brittni Sabatini extended an understanding and caring hand with communication guidance and on point timely information to lift me up and get me back on my feet. They turned what had seemed to be hopeless into the absolute best of a bad situation. With Joe and Brittni's information and guidance we were able to get all the medical bills, damages, lost wages and lost hope back where they needed to be. I can not express enough just how grateful and appreciative I am to and for these two for everything they have done on my behalf and helping me in my time of need especially when no other lawfirms could see "the benefit of it". Not only would I request these two again in a heartbeat if found in a similar situation but I strongly, highly, firmly, and confidently recommend them to anyone else in similar circumstances (and will). A 5 star review just does not seem like enough to fully show my appreciation and gratitude for everything these two have gone above and beyond to do for me not to mention the caring, timely, informative, respectful, and professional way they carried themselves throughout this endeavor. At the very least I would like to say: to Mr. Joe Hoke, and to Ms. Brittni Sabatini, Thank you! Thank you so very much for everything you have done and didn't have to do but did anyway, going that extra mile on my behalf. Joe and Brittni you are truly a godsend, I have nothing but the utmost appreciation and respect for the both of you. We need more people and representatives that care and carry themselves the way you two continue to do.

I hired them in July of 2025 for an accident case for them to stretch it out and try to get the most they could to get paid more but never contact me. I wouldn’t hear from anyone for months unless I called

My family had the pleasure of working with Case Manager, Adam Ashley. He was truly one of the most kind, efficient and empathetic people we have had the pleasure of getting to know. He would update frequently through email and his response time via phone and email was second to none. Although we did not complete our case with the attorney's at Rainwater, Holt and Sexton, if you are lucky enough to have Mr. Ashley as your Case Manager...you are blessed.

I was having trouble with getting some paperwork with a previous law firm, I wasn’t getting any call backs and I even got hung up on. So I decided to call Rainwater Holt and Sexton because their reviews were amazing. I talked to Tammy Dawson and she listened to my issues and told me Karen Hughes would be able to help me but it would be the next morning (which was fine with me) I was just happy Tammy listened to my issues and the trouble I was having with this previous law firm trying to get some paperwork . Well needless to say not even an hour later Karen Hughes called me back and got me the paperwork I needed, mind you she was in Little Rock and had my paperwork ready for me to pick up at the Springdale office. I would highly recommend this Law firm, the staff and customer service was excellent!!

I personally dealt with Robbie, and Laura during my case. They both were outstanding. I was always answered promptly and kindly. I have to move very soon and told them I would need thing wrapped up at a faster pace and they did everything in their power to do so. I have felt well informed throughout the entire process and respected which is very important to me. Their client care was top tier and if I have any issues in the future I will be choosing this firm.
