These ladies at TNT Services are just wonderful! I needed a notary service on short notice today and TNT Services took care of me quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about TNT. After spending to much to file my taxes for a few years TNT Services was highly recommended by a friend. I have been filling with them for 19 years (wow that’s about how old I was when I started using them). We have filed business returns , farm returns , truck driver returns as well as a simple return. If there’s ever a question about anything I could or couldn’t use they always find the answer. Even with the death of Janet’s mom Mrs. Patsy, Janet was still taking care of customers when she should have been falling apart but she couldn’t because she cares to much about her clients. Some clients that have become more like family of the years.

Absolutely the worse tax office I've ever been to! They had prepared my brother in laws taxes for years but the one time I let them do mine, I'm audited without any explanation from TNT! I was shocked that they did nothing to help me, nothing to explain this issue, NOTHING WHATSOEVER! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS PLACE.

Messed up my taxes, forgot to have me sign them, then forged my signature. Went in to ask for a refund and explain that i never signed and it should be blank. owner pulled out a forged signature, called me a liar and raised hell until the person who did it came out. She wouldnt admit to it, but she stared at her feet when accused. Waiting for a phone call with a super sincere apology or i’m filing a police report friday.

Used this place for years for personal taxes and it went well until I gave them a shot with my business taxes. Turned them in 8 weeks before they was due And she (Janet) sent them in late and I got penalized $850.00. I reached out asking how she was going to make this right And will not answer or return my calls or texts. Absolutely horrible.

If you feel like getting ripped off and deal with unprofessional people and attitudes go to tnt tax service. In my years of experience I have never been so disappointed in a business!

They are the greatest tax folks I have known. I can not imagine going back to a H&R block or any other place like that again. As long as I live within driving distance of here or they close. I will not use anyone else.
