I called Brodowski, McCurry, Miller & Hoekenschnieder to ask about updating a deed. They took the time over the phone to analyze our situation and review the deed. Entirely over the phone and with no appointment or fee, we concluded that an update to the deed was unnecessary and thus they saved my family from an unnecessary expense. I can’t say enough about the integrity I witnessed from Attorney Zach Anderson! He communicated clearly and helped me sort some estate concerns, and while we have “miles to go before we sleep”, I know that his advice will be well thought out and in the best interest of concerned parties. We have worked with Brodowski & McCurry, LLC for over 15 years and we find them to be the most professional firm we have ever worked with. We recommend them for all of our real estate closings because they can handle the unusual cases with discretion, candor and creative thinking. They have helped us close transactions with major obstacles and did so with professionalism and discretion. They always treat every client as if they were the only client on their agenda, they explain all the documents thoroughly and make the closings a time of celebration while keeping ir personable and enjoyable. They get the closing statements out early to prevent any undue stress. I can not recommend them too highly for real estate closings. However, I have also used them to form our LLC's, do our estate planning, and handle litigation for our clients when necessary. I find every staff member or partner to perform at the highest level of professionalism, to always conduct themselves with courtesy to the client making sure that the client's needs are served in every respect and to treat their real estate agents as if we were their only clients. You can not find a more professional group of people to work with in any area of the law.
