Wow this place has gone downhill fast. I’ve been a AAA member since 2007 and this is consistently by far the worst location I’ve been to. The lines are literally worse than the DMV because of everyone doing their insurance here. Really squeezes out longtime auto club members and it’s very disappointing. On my last visit I waited 35 minutes to spend 2 minutes getting helped by the worker. Absolutely ridiculous. I suggest looking elsewhere for your auto needs.

I don’t understand why the first time when I switched with AAA for my cars insurance and home insurance, they accepted my Credit Card. After one year, I went to renew the policies, they refused to accept a Credit Card payment. They take only Cash, Debit or check, it’s not convenient at all for all the members.

They literally let me down… tow driver didn’t do his job and drove off and they said they wouldn’t tow my car and then proceeded to leave me out there for hours until chp came and impounded my car for zero reason.

I been having AAA for 7 years now and they have been very helpful to me I really appreciate it but I hate when the insurance goes up everytime you get into a car accident, even though that person ran into your vehicle and totaled it that's the only problem I had but I still like AAA.

Front desk.me how are you today? Common courtesy.associate,what can I do for you? Was directed to the window necessary,me thank you have a good day.ignored by employee.Next window same greeting met by what can I do for you,no return greeting or by the way no parting statement like have a nice day.was busy but common courtesy so disappointing MGMT should be ashamed of such none personalized service to a senior.use another office or the phone, You are just money,a member laughable.

Because you can't leave ZERO stars. Recently AAA took $500 out of my bank account in additional fees. I was sick & not checking my balance as I normally would. When I contacted customer service I was yelled at, their rep screaming "we do not make mistakes. If ther was an error & you didn't catch it immediately, that's your mistake. Not ours". Faulty reasoning but I'm still out $500 that I cannot recover. After 20 years as a member I now have zero confidence that AAA will provide customer service if I need them

I had a great experience even during the covid pandemic, fast and friendly AAA staff had me taken care of quick! I got a title change, new registration and a new license plate on the spot all within 30 minutes total!!! Much better than the DMV anyway I don't care whether it's pandemic time or not. Thank you so much AAA, I'm truly grateful!!

Always the best! Gotta love the place. Look having AAA pays for itself soooo many tines over its crazy. AAA is a win win win. If you ever need a tow they are there quick and on time. Basicly the DMV services are HUGE! Need a car registered? Need a new title or transfer of ownership? Dont wait at the DMV! Come to AAA! At most you'll wait 15min if theres a line. But most of the time there isn't a line
