Excellent service!. The atmosphere is very cozy, everything was organized and clean. She gave me a lot of confidence and she was very kind to me although I went on a Monday (I didn't check the schedule), but she still attended me kindly and had no problem working with me. Recommended

I needed to get fingerprints done asap. I found PCB Notary Works and decided to call and make an appointment. The first call I made, made me feel welcomed. I was greeted with professionalism and I got all my questions answered. When I arrived At the appointment I was greeted outside by Ms. Patsy and treated as a customer should be treated and not like a number. The appointment was not rushed and I appreciated that. I ended up recommending a good friend of mine to PCB notary. If you’re looking for friendly customer service and a clean environment to do your fingerprints/notary, I recommend going to see Ms. Patsy at PCB notary.

Patsy Chappell is a wonderful woman who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has various methods to ensure that your prints are sent out clean and properly, so you won't have to reprint them if they aren't showing up correctly.
Additionally, you can receive your work or whatever you need more quickly. Her prices are very reasonable.

Patsy is very professional, kind, and extremely patient. She explains the Live Scan process so well and her office is clean and she makes you feel right at home. I had a difficult time getting my fingerprints to scan thoroughly and she did not give up and even used different techniques to make sure they came out good. Overall, I had a great experience and 100% recommend this establishment to anyone!
