I was in an accident less than a year ago and knew that the other party was under insured. I was referred to Vanessa from Kistler to help other my injuries. She was very informative and communicated with me through the whole process. She directed me to doctors and specialists I needed for my injuries & helped me get the recovery I needed to get back to daily life & was compensated for any time I took off from work. Vanessa is super sweet and is very responsive to every question asked. I was able to get my final settlement in about 8 months, and went through physical therapy and counseling at the recommendation of Kistler and was very impressed with the progress and outcome. My accident was traumatic but Kistler made it very easy to overcome and while I hope I never have to return due to another accident, I would return to Kistler and recommend to anyone going through something similar.
