Barbara will always tell it like it is - even when it's something you don't want to hear. She won't waste your money unless you insist on pursuing an issue when it is something she feels you won't win, and she can read the judges pretty well from having lots of cases in front of them. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because sometimes it can take her a while to get back to you since she is so busy.
