No phones allowed in the building, unless you are an attorney etc. Leave your phone in your car or they offer a locker, but I don’t know where it’s located.

They do call back, but after few rings they hang up and don’t call back. So make sure to call them.

There is a parking lot available across the building for $1.75 per hour.

I found many fraud documents in my case, a fake UCCJEA affidavit with addresses that do not exist on maps, this court pays a Spanish interpreter (English is my first language), they hold fake court trials no one alerts me about. They have locked me out of court during a trial, This puts my child in much danger. This court house openly commits many crimes. The solution they came up with was to ban me from the entire court. If I can not see the fraud, I can no longer report it. This is in no way in the best interest of the child. I haven't seen my child in two years over this, he was taken from his healthy happy home in Alabama and wrongfully placed in foster care in Arlington, Virginia. His abductor flew him to the county of Arlington who hides the truth. He was told his mother didn't want him anymore. This is beyond inhumane. Completely broken-hearted.

Very inconvenient court house but it does follow the them off the rest of VA courthouses. They allow you to enter into a payment plan, which is nice, however they only take payments in person or by check in the mail. ONLY those two options. You can't pay online or over the phone for circuit court cases but everything else, of course you can. They don't have an after hours mail slot for people who actually have jobs and can't make it to the courthouse between their 8-4 work day making it seem as if they don't want your money but if you don't pay, no matter what your charge is or the circumstance,s your license is suspended. Even if you don't have one. Talk about justice for all...

I’ve dealt with the circuit court on multiple occasions and always receive awesome customer service, whether through the phone or in person. Everyone is professional, most pleasant government agency. The only pain is finding quarters for the lockers to store your cell phone if you took uber or the metro.

One County attorney, Court Clerks, court Officers and one Judge are running schemes to human traffic individuals. They wrongfully remove children. Intimidate them till they break their spirit. The left behind devastated parents are asked to do unreasonable "services" to have their children return but in reality this actually leads them to lose them. The parents are then in threat of bogus mental commitments and conservatorships with false claims of mental illness to hide these county employees perjury and crimes.

Kangaroo Court. A money-making enterprise subject to extreme corruption. Judges are appointed, not elected, so keeps the money in the Old Boys Club of Dirty Dems. Whole system is a mockery of justice and it's all about money in the end. They charge the taxpayers up the wazoo to pay for the 'Arlington Hilton,' aka the new Arlington Jail. Which I think it is fine for people who are in jail to have decent circumstances and facilities, however, they throw MANY innocent people in there. It's more of a debtor's prison.

Dismissed paperwork with no contact. They gladly take fees and then don't complete the paperwork due to any made up error then require you to pay again.
