I was referred to Dean Smith by a local real estate broker here in Sanpete County. I had no clue who he was or if he would be a good fit for me. I reached out to Dean and guess what? He actually return my call and was very professional! I explained my situation and Dean listened and stated he could help me to sell my commercial property. Dean was extremely knowledgeable and represented me very well! He was very thorough and brought up several key items that I had not thought of or missed in my negotiations. He even assisted the Title Company on making sure we had an accurate closing. In the end he guided me through the a very important transaction of selling my real estate business property, including a 23 room motel and a 80 seat full service restaurant. It was one of the cleanest, most smooth transactions that I have ever experienced! But you want to know the best part? Because of his expertise, knowledge, professionalism and demeanor we became friends! That's what I call a win-win outcome!
