I know Austin through the dance community and he is a very hard working, dedicated person. I’m excited to see where this family business goes! Austin and his dad helped my dance company build an outdoor stage extension for a location we were going to use for an outdoor performance we were producing in 2020. **update: they worked well with my insurance and we got it all settled so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket so I'm updating my review to 5 stars due to the ease of working with them.
Original: I really liked the guys who worked on our home after a flood. They got there really fast and worked long hard days drying everything out. I really appreciate them. That being said... When we got the bill it was shocking. All over the website it says they'll go through all costs beforehand which never happened. I do understand that it's an emergency situation and they needed to get right to work to save our home though. I've spoken with a lot of people about it and it's 2-3 times more expensive than anyone else. Our insurance won't pay near that much so hopefully they'll work well with the insurance to get that price down to reasonable. Also, the company we're going with for rebuild needs to redo all their drywall cuts because they're all over the place and far from straight. So, I gave 3 stars for their response time and most of the work they did but unfortunately I'd look elsewhere.
