My parents and I have been using Elaine at Tax Trio for many years. Elaine and her staff continue to go above and beyond each year. They always make sure everything is reviewed and ready to go prior to your appointment making the visit go extremely smooth. Elaine and her staff are so fun and kind! They are amazing at what they do and are always finding us new ways to save. I would highly recommended using Tax Trio, they are the best in the business!

Elaine and her staff are the best tax team I've ever worked with! As a self-employed musician, I appreciate the depth of knowledge Elaine brings to my unique and often complicated tax situation. Additionally, Elaine has helped my husband and me navigate the labyrinth of land development and sales, and keep up with our children and their changing tax needs, too. I love coming to Elaine! We’ve been using her for years. We first started going to her when my husband did summer sales and had a different tax model - she zipped through it. We’ve used her as working students, business owners and for personal taxes. She’s worth the fees!! I’ve never been so impressed by an accountants knowledge and ability to max out our tax benefits. Elaine is amazing! We won’t go to another accountant, come to the tax trio! You will be glad you did!

I have always loved Tax Trio and I have felt like they know their stuff. This year I was highly disappointed with how Tax Trio handled things. I first started having Rob do our taxes and he was amazing. He passed away, so the last two years all of his clients were given to other people at Tax Trio. The last 2 years I paid $10 more to have my taxes done, but that was just fine cause I understand price increases. This year though after all my taxes were done I was handed my bill and it was more than double to have my taxes done. All they said was we have to increase our prices from what Rob charged. I have usually paid $175 and my total this year was $405. I didn't add any new forms or anything from previous years. I understand price increases but I thought it was very unprofessional that they didn't send out an email stating this before my taxes were done, or last year telling us that prices would be increasing. I have 3 siblings and my parents all go to the same place and Tax Trio has last all of our business because of how unprofessional they handled things.
