I LOVE Casey! She is so kind and shows great empathy to me as I work through paying off my medical debt. She helped me set up a monthly payment plan that I can realistically handle. We always chat for a few minutes, and I end the call with a smile on my face every time. 😊

First, go ahead and listen to all calls recorded. Erica is very unkind and rude! I was more than willing to work with you guys multiple times and everything thing was turned down, not everyone is trying to get out of paying bills owned, but as a single mother of 8 trying her best I don’t have hundreds of dollars to just hand over in a lump sum, in fact I felt very bullied and threatened with court that I had to pay my mortgage payment to your company to avoid more fees and court hearings due to the inability to work with me…doesn’t take much to show a little kindness and compassion especially when someone’s willing to work with you. It is easier to get somewhere with someone when your KIND!

Heidi Ian, was extremely friendly and reassuring, I felt much less stressed after talking with her. She was very clear in explaining the process of our transaction, and was super patient with me as I asked questions and requested her to repeat information. I talked with Kyle today regarding my son’s account. He was very kind, professional and careful to protect my son’s information and follow HIPAA regulations. Once we got permission for me to speak with him regarding the bill, we were able to get it resolved. He was super friendly and even fun to talk with even though the purpose for the call was a big bummer. He even told me they are hiring and gave me the info for my son to send in a resume as he just moved close to American Fork and is looking for a job! All around, it was a pretty pleasant phone call from a debt collector. Great job!

The representative over my account, Kyle, has been the best to work with. Obviously, no one ever really wants to be in a position where they have to deal with anyone here, but life happens and Kyle has made it very fair and in a sense pleasant to actually make payments. He has never been aggressive or pushy and has always been very reasonable with me.

Luis, was able to determine that a bill was never actually sent to me. He was able to remove the interest fee for me and help me close out my account which should have never been opened in the first place. He had great customer service.
