I reached out to Voyant Legal for urgent estate work two weeks before Christmas in December 2024. We needed a 48 hour timeline for delivery involving TRUST, WILL, Powers of Attorney. Advanced Medical Directive, and Company ownership issues. Jesse Gray was assigned to our case and he jumped into action, meeting with us online and in person at a family residence to complete the work - which he did well before 48 hours were up. A marvel !! Jesse is a skilled communicator, able to connect and make legal consequences understandable to clients of differing language and legal abilities present in the same room, and earned our thorough trust. Surely an excellent estate lawyer - but Jesse was more than that.

I worked with both Jesse and Taylor to gain guardianship over my dad before his passing. Called this Firm yesterday to get an idea of what the fees would be to make a Living Trust for my wife and myself and asked if they could give me a Quote or Estimate. The Attorney who talked to me seemed very arrogant and said "We don't work like that and don't give estimates, If fees are a concern, we might not be the firm for you". So I guess, if you don't have a lot of free money, you might look elsewhere like I am. The other 8 Firms I called were more than happy to give me estimates!

Taylor and Jesse were amazing. They listened to all our concerns about planning for our estate. We wanted an irrevocable trust which can be very complex yet they made it incredibly easy to make sure our wishes were followed with every legal protection. At Voyant Legal it isn't just a one and done. We can come back to them anytime we need changes made with new assets or if we need legal advice. They don't charge extra for future assistance and if you lose the trust paperwork they have it stored digitally for you. When my father died his lawyer was no help at all. Taylor and Jesse have already let our trustee know they are there to help. What a refreshing difference from the other lawyer. We are pleased with their attention to detail and our wishes. They even interceded with a life insurance company that was not cooperative. Their American Fork location was very convenient. We couldn't be happier. They have our full and complete recommendation.
