Sadly, I am not sure how these people all received this great service they puport. My experiences, and there have been many have been mired in slow or no reply on issues brough to Glen Wagstaff's attention. My clients had the same experience, as did serveral others that I spoke to that we all share the same business objectives. I needed a letter to sell my mothers car, since the RMV did not want to accept the Will and Trust that was legally put in place. I asked for the document, and waited 9 weeks for it. In the meanwhile the car was sold and the new owner could not register it, I had to go to the local Congressional Representative and ask for their help to get to someone at the RMV, that took 8 weeks and finally I was able to speak to the correct person. I was calling and emailing to Intervivos every 2-3 days asking for ANY kind of timeline or update. I received no update, and finally the week after I had gone through Congress to get a name of a person to chat with at the RMV - the document arrived. After telling Intervivos it was no longer needed. I put in a complain with the Office of Professional Conduct as this was one example of dozens where I couldn't get any answers from the firm. I call that disrepect. My own trust documents took 6 months to finish, my parents, more than 6 months, and my grandparents over a year - close to 16 months.

Once I complained - the firm fired me for complaining. OK - thank you -- but here's the thing that's punitive. Instead of apologizing. Oh, and the firm says I didn't pay them - I offered and they would not give me an invoice, or frankly call me back. How can I pay for something if I can't get any info out of them ?

I would find someone else to do your work - communication isn't paramount at the firm and for a lawyer - that's kinda the point of what they do and represent you by communicating to others..... your choice - enjoy.

Not your typical law firm. Strong ethics and desire to provide the best Estate Plans for their clients. Its hard to like lawyers, but I like these guys. Glen and Jacob helped me with some business documents and took great care of me from start to finish. Excellent price too!
