Flat out refused any kind of payment arrangement i was able to make. Refused payments unless it was a large payment, and when they moved forward they never responded to calls or emails to find a solution to the matter. I only received 4 calls from them total over the course of 2 years. Zero communication effort, zero empathy or skills to actually help people… You’d think in their line of work they’d be more willing to work with people rather than screw them over ten fold

Seriously the worst credit company ever to exist. I told them I am willing to make a payment every 2 weeks but because of my line of work, my pay schedule is all over the place and I told them I’d give them a call when I’d get paid, and they said totally fine as long as I gave them a call. They would call me at least 2 times A WEEK demanding a payment. Even if I had paid the week prior, they would still call me saying they needed a payment from me. Seriously make up your minds, don’t offer me a payment plan and say it’s fine then harass me to pay every single week. Not to mention the voicemails left claim it’s a “very important message” and that I NEED to call back asap. I should’ve just paid my dues than deal with this company.

I received a call from Credit Service of Logan telling me that my college daughter had a bounced check and unpaid balance as a result. Because of fees, her balance was now double what it was supposed to be two months ago. I asked why we hadn't received an email and the woman said due to privacy laws, they couldn't send an email. According to her, they had sent letters but since we had moved, we never knew. In a panic, I contacted my daughter. She said she had an email from her college confirming her payment. She contacted the financial office at her school and they told her they never use a collection agency and that it was a scam. I have no idea how Credit Service of Logan obtained this information. Do not give them any information until they can verify that they are collecting on a legitimate outstanding bill. I don't think they are to be trusted.

Absolute nightmare! Called me several times a day trying to collect on a bill I didn't even owe. The representitive couldn't even tell me what it was for. Very rude and almost abusive in their tone. Had no idea what they were talking about. They claimed I owed money to a property management company that just happened to be owned by a good friend, when asked about it they had no idea what I was talking about. Assume fraud when these guys call you. Very innapropriate and hostile the way they manage their accounts calls.

When I got married, my husband had some debt from a medical bill. We set up a payment plan with this company and it was a nightmare from that moment forward. They're condescending, sarcastic and cruel to those who are obviously in a tight spot due to an illness. They called constantly even though we paid on time every month and sent threatening letters, even though we were paying on time every month. Obviously nobody likes debt collectors, but there is a way to not be AWFUL and still get the money that is owed.

Received a few calls, so called back. They were attempting to reach a relative of mines, but I was impressed how courteous and professional Jill was. DCA get a bad rep, but they seem like good folks just doing their job!

Crooks!!! They put a garnishment on my check and i paid almost 400 in their office and at the end of the garnishment they said i still owed 300,that the payment i made in their office was only interest! How could that be legal to charge almost 400 in interest in 3 months!!

The absolute worst company to deal with. Do yourself a favor and be a responsible adult so you never have to deal with these people! Very rude hard to work with. I understand their job isn’t the greatest but they could go about their communication or lack of in a different manner.
