I had a great experience with them. The receptionist, I regret I don’t remember her name, knew exactly who to send me to, and the CPA, Dustin, was externally helpful even though I wasn’t a paying customer he pointed me in the right direction and was very friendly. I will for sure be using them in the future.

I was sent a bill even before my taxes were filed and that took 2 weeks after we signed them for them to submit them. I asked for help for a payment plan and was told to do it myself. They threw a former accountant under the bus and told me "they lost money on filing my taxes".

Then on another issue, they wanted to charge me 200 more for something that seriously is a phone call for them, after we spent over 8 hours dealing with the IRS. I have used them for over 6 years and probably won't be back due to my experience this year. Ridiculous!!!

Our accountant is Josh Liechty and he makes time anytime we need to meet with him. He is also great at answering our questions through email and text and does so promptly.

An accountant is a definite need for a self-employed business owner and we would whole-heartedly recommend CMP. Taxes, payroll, and deadlines are stressful enough and they help take away some of that stress.
