A friend of mine referred Attorney John Pfister and another Attorney in the same area to me. I called the other Attorney’s office first to schedule a consultation. I was told that the attorney’s assistant would discuss the case with me.
Then I called MR. John’s office, I was told that Mr. John would conduct the consultation with me. I walked in the law firm with uncertainty and full of worries. John patiently listened to my situation, took notes, asked questions, and gave me his suggestions if he would take my divorce case. Then I started the journey with John and his assistant Cathy. After 5 months, I got my peace back. During the process, John, Cathy and their office staff responded my emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. They explained steps and expectations regarding the process and gave me the encouragement as well. They were also flexible by adjusting the strategies based on the progress of my case to achieve my best interest. Mr. John was also very sharp on reaching a deal without further complications in the court room. Lastly, the office’s billing is transparent and honest. I received my refund of the retainer timely once the case was finalized.
