Erica worked hand in hand with our realtor to ensure that the process competed in a timely manner including dealing with less than ideal circumstances with the mortgage company. We were able to meet our timeline to be able to meet with the movers within a couple of hours and begin the process if transitioning to our nee home. Closing went well and all of the things Erica was in charge of went smoothly.

5 stars is not enough for this company and their staff. I have sold properties in and out of Utah and they handled them in an exceptionally professional, friendly and expeditious way.
