It's rare for me to give a 5 star review as there is typically something that merits a 4 star or less. That is not the case with KKOS Lawyers. Both Kevin and Kennady have been fantastic in the information and guidance they have given me and I am so grateful.

I’ve been working closely with tax attorney, Mark Fetzer and his legal assistant, Macie, since 2022 (and another wonderful attorney, Kristie, before that). They are great if you don’t need anything. We needed to domesticate our PLLC from one state to another due to a personal move. We paid the fee in January of 2024. In May we were told that the new state doesn’t ever allow PLLCs… this is the entire reason we hired a lawyer in the first place, so stupid mistakes would NOT be made. But we went ahead and paid a second fee to domesticate an LLC. I kept contacting them in August, September and October to see if the domestication went through. They were always short and rude in the replies and told me to just wait. I finally hired an attorney in the new state and found out that they had never even filed!!!!! I just found out today that they never closed the original company in the last 11 months. They took two full fees and did nothing! I have had to file everything myself after JOHN PAUL SHERRATT was unhelpful and rude. Save yourself time and money and just do it yourself.
