I contracted with Stan Beutler to complete a QDRO in California. He provided me with all the documents and detailed instructions to get the courts approval and file with the third party administrator. The entire process took six months to complete from contacting Mr. Stan to receiving the disposition from PERS. This had been hanging over me for 24 years and now it is resolved. I highly recommend Mr. Stan, we had a verbal conversation where he answered all my questions and also responded to my emails when I had follow up questions.

I live in Alaska & was in the middle of a divorce in 2022. I called around to some law firms & the last document I needed to be finalized was a QDRO for my retirement, a bunch of numbers I didn’t understand looking at it. Most places asked for $7000 for a retainer. I did some research, found Mr. Stan, he was able to give me a guarantee finished QDRO with less than 10% of what Alaskan firms were asking for. If I could give a zero I would! Stan gave me such high hopes about helping me and the price was in my budget. I gave him everything he asked for and he dropped me like a hot potato with no reasons! He didn’t even give me a referral; no explanation. I’m wondering if when he heard my voice on the phone, he doesn’t want to help a black woman. I’m reporting him to the Utah bar association for misconduct. My son is a lawyer and he knows how to guide me through this situation. Unfortunately he doesn’t do QDROs.

Attorney Stan Beutler made the QDRO process at the end of my divorce a hassle & pain-free experience. He not only does flawless work but his charges and fees are more than fair(and less than all lawyers I priced). He was friendly and thorough, replying to every email of mine (answering several questions which were not technically his responsibility to answer) in a timely and professional manner. Sometimes finding credible services online can be a daunting task but after reviewing his competent website and raving reviews I decided to contact him and I am so very glad I did. I contacted Attorney Stan Beutler earlier this year in regards to having a QDRO drawn up for my ex spouses 401k plan. I live in Chicago and I was very nervous about using someone I found online, but he was professional, prompt and accurate. Do not hesitate to use Stan! One of the easiest and most helpful people during this long process of splitting things. Drew up our qdro perfectly and had 0 issues.
