I had to take the time to write this review because I am SO GRATEFUL to have hired ROBERT WINTERTON to represent me in a case here in St. George Utah. I can’t recommend him enough after what I’ve been through with other attorney’s I hired recently. He’s an attorney that actually cares about you, not one looking to $ettle the ca$e as quickly as possible and move on to the next. From the very beginning, I knew Rob had my back.

He ended up getting a great settlement for me, and had an amazing surprise for me when it was all over. You can skip to the end to see what it was, but know my story is important for people who are trapped in the legal system, scared, and not sure who they can really trust. Rob is your guy.

I needed representation on a case I had previously hired another attorney for (a mistake). I spoke with 12 -15 defense attorney’s and their offices. Unfortunately, my “gut feeling” told me they were all like the ones I regretfully hired just prior to that. After what I’d been through (described below) I had been preparing to defend my own case because I simply didn’t trust any of them.

An attorney’s office called me back and referred me to Rob because they were “full”. I figured “What’s one more call”? I can’t tell you how happy I am I made that call. After speaking with so many lawyers, he was the first and ONLY one that I knew in my heart, was sincerely on my side.

I had two terrible experiences with alleged “5 star” attorney’s in the area, in the last two years. One of them, acted in a very unethical manner. He tried to intimidate me into pleading “no contest” in an assault+ case where I was clearly the victim of an attack.

I had to go back and forth with him for over a year, before he finally admitted the case against me was BS. But he ended up retiring because of heart problems and left me high and dry after a $2500 retainer.

The other, another case where I had to battle with my attorney, and had to pay to have images enhanced to prove I was telling the truth. I got semi lucky in the case, but it had nothing to do with him. Cost me $10,000 to wrestle with him. Did next to nothing for me.

Not only was Rob able to get a great judgment for me taking over my assault+ case, I WAS COMPLETELY FLOORED WHEN HE RETUNED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF THE RETAINER! In a million years I wasn’t expecting an attorney to do that!

Do yourself a huge favor and hire Robert if you need an attorney who YOU CAN TRUST. You will be very happy you did!
