I don't have anything bad to say about Wayne. He was a great lawyer. But the billing people here are ridiculous! They won't even let me talk to him! There is an issue with my divorce case, but the "secretaries/collectors" won't even transfer my call! Even though I've been paying on this for years! And my bill has gone up more than 3,000 dollars! Even WITH payments!! So don't go to them if you want to EVER be able to pay off your debt, because they will make that impossible, and then they won't even help you with the case they started!!

I hired Wayne Caldwell to help me with several misdemeanor and felony charges in Logan. He got me the best possible outcome for my situation. I went to Bearnson & Caldwell for a family law issue because a friend recommended them. I worked with Wayne Caldwell as my attorney, and Bonnie Jensen was my paralegal. They were so knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. I really felt like Wayne and Bonnie explained everything so well, and helped me make informed choices. Bonnie always responded quickly and they were so pleasant and professional.
I had a lot of mediation to attended and Wayne was on top of everything the whole time. I really felt like he was in my corner and I am happy how everything turned out.

The Bearnson & Caldwell team is amazing! They handled my divorce case and I couldn't be happier. My case was a little different than the typical divorce but they had the experience and know-how to get it done effectively and professionally. Wayne took the time to explain things very well and answer all of my questions. Their paralegal, Diann, took over my case about midway through and couldn't have done a better job! She kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. She made sure everything was taken care of so I could rest easier knowing my case was in capable hands. She was also incredibly nice and understanding throughout the whole process. Divorce can be a very hard and emotional thing so that made a huge difference. Been trying to get this settled for 2 and half years. Not impressed with the service or really anything they have done. We have to call them and call again and again. If you want to have any results then don't use this company. It's crazy that we knew more about what payments would be taken in full by the health insurance company than they did. I'm sure there's someone that understands the law better than this company. Keep looking.
