He was instrumental in ensuring that everything was transferred from my California trust into my Texas trust, getting my Will set up and that all documentation required by the state was filed in a timely manner. In addition, he offers Trust plan clients lifetime updates and consultation.

Attorney David Borger explained the trust process, answered all of my questions and provided a memo of things I needed to do to ensure a smoth transition to my trust. He provided a draft of my documents quickly, with an extensive review and any corrections needed were completed same day. His follow up on my Trust was amazing!
