Did a walk in and Raquel had me out of there in 15 mins. Raquel was very thorough and does her job exceptionally well. I was very pleased with her quickness as she had four others before me. I recommend this office to all. I have used IdentoGo in other cities and this one is by far the best.

Extremely disappointed with Raquel at the reception. For the 1st appt which was scheduled at 8.10 AM, I arrived at 8.20 AM due to vehicle issue. When I told her I had an roadside emergency, she responded 'I dont care, we are very busy today and you are passed our 10 minutes grace period.' When I askes her to check with her supervisor to see if theu would make an exeption, her response was 'I cant ask her cuz we are busy today.' I looked up the schedule online and they had several opening just that morning alone, but I just left since talking to her was futile.

When I rescheduled and came back for my second appt, she spoke to me without even looking up for 1 second (busy texting in her phone the entire 30 seconds I spoke to her).

One star is to many, bumbling idiots. Never got my finger prints results from DPS because they sent them the wrong email address. Do not use unless you absolutely have to.

Drove all the way across town after work only to find this sign on the door. Even with your system down, you should be able to access your appointment list and send out a notification that your office is closed. Unprofessional - seems that the other reviews are pretty on par with my experience.

I went in for a TWIC card and the ladies there were very knowledgeable, and helped the process go fast and smoothly! Raquel was very patient and helpful! Thank you 🙏
