Helped transfer title quick, but bad communication. After a month on not receiving the title I kept asking status updates and kept getting a “I’ll check and get back to you” gave it another week, and found a way to contact the dmv on my own. Got a status from the dmv. I understand emergencies or busy days as I work in healthcare, but a simple I’ll get back to you in a few days won’t hurt. It’s part of customer service 🤷🏻‍♀️
