I have used Allometrics for the past 17 years to certify our lab equipment. Always very professional, friendly and hard working. They will go out of their way to explain problems encountered, and possible solutions for me to pursue. I have appreciated the quick delivery of the reports and invoices. Allometrics has been maintaining equipment calibration and maintenance for my place of employment for years now. They are always great about scheduling and providing amazing service. In particular, Reggie (Lafayette LA location) provides amazing customer service and is always a joy to work with. He has even taken time out of his busy schedule to personally teach me more about our equipment. Even with last minute emergencies or schedule changes, the Allometrics team is always quick to respond and take care of our servicing needs. Highly recommend this team for any equipment maintenance needs.

Our company is located in Tomball, Texas and we use Allometrics to calibrate our transducers. We do not send large numbers for calibration but have sent just a handful at a time and our turn around time need has varied.

Jim, Brittany & Blaze have all provided excellent customer care and have been proactive in helping us solve any of our issues and helped us by working with us to get our orders turned around as needed.

There are other Calibration labs closer to our company's location, however, because of the excellent customer service and quality work, we have continued to use Allometrics for our calibration needs.

From their customer service representative Amy, to the technician Eric that arrived onsite, and to the turnaround time when we receive our certificates were outstanding! The folks at Allometrics are great to work with. They seem to be one step ahead of me at all times, when it comes to my calibration needs. I don't ever have to worry about forgetting a calibration, because they send me quotes ahead of time and reminders that equipment is due. I highly recommend them.
