I recently worked with Sam Colletti as our mediator in a somewhat contentious divorce that was beginning to spiral out of control.

If I was to summarize, I'd say Sam reintroduced sanity into the process.

Neither my spouse nor I ever wanted to go to court, but as the divorce process proceeded it seemed more and more likely that it was going that way as tensions flared. Our lawyers jointly chose Sam as a mediator and I can whole heartedly say he saved the day. Not just money, but ultimately our ability to leave with our dignity intact and a willingness to reengage with each other as the sane humans we used to be.

Sam absorbed the desires of both sides with a empathetic ability to make both people feel heard. But, perhaps above that, he reminded both sides equally that there was more at stake than just money and perhaps the pride of feeling like your side 'won'.

That skillset, along with his exceptional understanding of the law, brought authenticity when he reminded us that there were major downsides to even winning in court. He brought a level headedness to both room equally and fairly. Not to say we didn't both make inconsiderate demands perhaps more out of ego, than common sense, but Sam was there as the voice of reason with his calm, consistent and considerate manner. Sam truly saved the day, tens of thousands of dollars and most importantly helped us both leave with a concluded mediation along with our pride.

To put it bluntly, he was the adult in the room and I thank for him for that.

I retained Leigh de la Reza to draft the final degree for my uncontested divorce. She was referred by a firm in another state that my daughter has worked for. For fathers, custody battles don't often have happy endings, but I suspect that most fathers aren't getting the kind of representation Andi St Leger and the Noelke Law Firm provide. I remember telling a friend of mine that my ex wife was suing me for full custody of our two children, and she said, "you shouldn't waste all that money fighting, dad's never win."

Andi St Leger and the Noelke Law firm came highly recommended, and now I know why. I had sat for consultations with a few other attorneys before going to the Noelke Law Firm, and it was clear almost immediately that Andi was head and shoulders above the others. Andi is a brilliant attorney, who conducts herself with class and decorum. She is also kind, and she gave me hope when I needed it most. This seems to be the norm at this law firm however.
