Nicole did an amazing job ‘to start’ on my case. She is however not aggressive enough and is a ‘here’s an email I sent to the other side’ and lets ‘sit and wait’ style lawyer. So if you want someone that’s aggressive in desire to close and will pick up the phone for you with opposing side, don’t use Nicole.

My major issue with Nicole was - she recommended the worst lawyer to have as my litigation lawyer. This guy was outright rude, unprepared, cocky, did not review case information, put me in the wrong venue, did not show up at my depo, and more. We almost fired him in fact. But - Nicole assured to stay with him. And ultimately — her recommendation was the difference in the results of my case and the bad turn in our relationship. Trust eroded and I ultimately wasted years of my life on a case that was literally tossed away….
