Ok no not professional. I called to an schedule an appointment, was told to wait 10-15 minutes for them to arrive (super pleasant on the phone), waited 30 minutes (never showed), called to ask if they were still coming and they said no.

They proceeded to hang up on me. Would not recommend unless you would like to waste an hour of your time.
