I contacted attorney Lisa shapiro for posible legal representation , I EMAILED her a brief SUMMARY of my case, I noted that my charge was in court room 184 Harris county. I even elaborated on my charge.
Further more a few days later i received a text message on my phone from her telling me she received my email, HER RESPONSE WAS FOR ME TO TEXT HER A DETAILED DISCRIPTION AND WHAT COUNTY WAS CHARGING ME,, ?
I thought right away she was not interested in taking my case, Ok I'm good with her not interested,, but I was very disappointed of her unprofessionalizm the way she reached out to me by text message . The facts were there when she asked me to text her with the county that was charging me, which I already shared with her, she also asked me to text her phone with a brief description of my case which I already did,
Very unprofessional, it's my opinion this proves she had no interest, I feel it would of been more appropriate if she would of just said she is unable, i feel she could of been more responsible and professional if she would of called me or reached out to me in a more Mature manner.
Fortunely I was able to hire a professional attorney on such short notice to represent me in court, I'm thank full for the outstanding job he did to get my case closed,,
In the future I will not never recommend ATTORNEY LISA SHAPIRO

She was an amazing lawyer throughout the course of my boyfriend's case through the end of his probation. She was able to get his case charges reduced to a misdemeanor and even helped him out after his probation got revoked, she was able to manipulate and have his case NOT reinstated but DROPPED ENTIRELY. She is very attentive listening to your concerns and leaving no questions unanswered. MOST definitely would recommend if I or anyone else needs a fighter like her.

Lisa is awesome!!! I don't even live in Houston, I live in Dallas, and I somehow was charged for harassment in a town that's 5 hours away? Lisa understood how ridiculous that was and asked the DA for the evidence against me so she cud advise me, of course the evidence didn't exist. So the judge dismissed my case. Thats the difference between a really good attorney like Lisa Shapiro Strauss and a public defender who just wants to get everyone to take a plea. Lisa fought for me and made the DA prove their case against me which they cudnt do....if you want a great attorney that is willing to stand up to the court and prosecutors than you want Lisa!! She was on the ball from the start and pretty much schooled the DA....

I had to write another review. I recently needed her services again. I wasn't happy about it but she was willing to assist. In addition to the case, my apartments burned down in July and she immediately reached out to me after seeing me on the news. She made sure I got personal items and mailed it straight to me. I am so appreciative because the level of care beyond a client touched my heart. Once again case dismissed. She has been understanding to my situation.
