When My son and I were in a major accident I didn’t know what to do. This had never happened to us before. A friend referred me to Valdivieso Law. From day one they have all had our best interest in mind. They thoroughly explained every thing to me and never made it seem like I was a bother to them. They went out of their way to help find us care closer to our house. I can’t say enough about how helpful Paul and his office have been to me. I had left him a bad review and he retaliated by leaving a bad review on my business that he never stepped foot in. A person who does that has mental issues (if not drug dependence) and now he is going to answer to the bar as I have proof from the timeline of the reviews coupled with the fact that I don't do men' hair or even have I taken a new client in several months.
His lie of a review was illegal and a person who will go to the lengths he did, may go hunt down your family since he has all of their private information now. There is really no telling the length a psychotic man like this may do as a form of retaliation towards his clients.

Gave me the run around the entire process. I always had to call them. It took Over a year to settle a regular accident that I was in the right and the pay wasn’t good at all Well under 4k. They basically went along with the insurance company I sued. Wouldn’t recommend
