GREAT experience, start to finish. I was able to schedule my appointment online which was very convenient. I had a couple of questions before we met and Mr. Smith answered them promptly via the scheduling platform. He was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He really pays attention to every detail - even brought blue pens for us to use! His prices are very reasonable and we really appreciated the veterans' discount. Mr. Smith is a true hero. My wife and I were in Austin at the State Department to get an apostille notary. Low and behold, and it never fails, one document needed a notary stamp before they could issue the apostille. As luck would have it, Mr. Smith was standing right next to me and offered his notary services. He completed the notary in 15 minutes, saving me time and money trying to get this done in Austin.
