While I appreciate the legal assistance provided, I was disappointed by John Cosenza’s demeanor and treatment of one of my family members. His unnecessarily rude behavior made the experience unpleasant. He may claim not to recall our interaction, but that does not diminish the importance of professionalism in this field. As a business owner, I prioritize treating my clients with respect and dignity and expect the same in return. Rather than disregarding constructive feedback, I hope he views this as an opportunity to enhance his professionalism and client service.
