I contacted Nathan at about 4 pm on a Thursday with a separation agreement I had just received with a deadline to sign of Tuesday at 5 pm. From the first initial conversation to the follow up after the stated last day of employment, Nathan was excellent. On our first phone call we discussed a budget, set clear expectations, and potential turn around time. I received a very thorough review, with an explanation of each clause and suggestions from Nathan by mid morning Monday.
