This firm has been a complete NIGHTMARE for me...I got hurt in a restaurant in November of 2023..I called J Gonzalez law firm and they took my case....I don't know how many people from the mcallen firm took over my case ... they kept throwing my case from one person to another and all of them would tell me different things...I started getting so annoyed with them, until finally in November of this year I signed for settlement check...I thought things were finally going to get easier for me, BUT NO!!! The first check that was sent my attorney didn't even know it had been delivered to them...I called for an update and that's when she realized that it had been sent 6 days prior to me calling...it turns out that the mcallen firm moved to Edinburg and check was delivered to mcallen office....I didn't even know they had moved...so she told me that now i had to wait for that check to go back to adjuster and wait for them to send another check.... I got upset cause they hadn't even told me about the move and obviously attorney hadn't even checked my check status... then I called again around December 2o th...to get an update, and she told me they had send a second on December 16th and get to the firm around the last of December..
So today I called again and she said that they hadn't heard anything...while I was on the phone with her she checked my case and that the check was delivered to right address but on December 21st which was a Saturday.... HOW THE HELL IS THAT MY PROBLEM, now she tells me that I have to wait for a third but until the second goes back to adjuster....I AM BEYOND ANNOYED AND PISSED OFF.... this is certainly a firm that I will NEVER RECOMMEND... they don't keep up with giving their clients any updates, and careless about their clients needs...

I was involved in a car accident and they won't take my case because it's not enough money for them. There not out here to help anyone. They just want the cases against big companies....they are a waste of time and money
