Has anyone had any luck finding out anything that can be done against this firm? They froze my accounts, never received anything until accounts were frozen and bank notified me. Once freeze was lifted, they took all money out of my accounts, to include my sons, and child support. Agreed to a payment plan and payment so freeze can be lifted, only to find out that amount was not taken out and instead all funds that they could take out was taken from all accounts. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response. Went to location only to find out there is physical address. Any suggestions from anyone?

They took out money without notice, they went into my husband and I CD too. Now I want to make a payment but no answer now that they really need to pull out that payment they did not do it probably to charge a late fee or get more money later on but. They do have all my account information to get the payment they do not do it. Now I am tied up for 5 years with them!

It is absolutely ridiculous with the stuff this company does. Woke up today all my money gone. Checking savings everything. Called my bank they were no help with ended up tracking it to this address. Just to find out its a fake one was on call and knew it was a scam by hearing the accent of the woman. I cant access anything if anyone has any idea how to do this please let me know. My bank is no help they essentially told me they didn’t do it so its nothing they can do.

Im a single mom leaving paycheck to paycheck i received my income tax last week and they took it all from my bank account this morning and also freeze other account that i have, now i don’t have how to buy food for my 2 years old, or pay my phone bill! But i do believe in god and those people showing 0 mercy will have to face the final judgement and won’t be nice! I can only wish to them a happy life and that never see themselves in the position that i am right now, that i will have to ask for food yo my local pantry! Good bless you all!

I get they are a collections agency, BUT they are very rude and disrespectful. The collections they were looking to get were for my mom, whose name was on my account. Took all my money and wouldnt do any talking with me , only her. Said if we couldnt prove without a doubt that it was my account and not hers that they wouldnt give me my money back (or if we didnt prove it in time then they “dont do refunds”) couldnt answer ANY of my questions about MY money. Terrible people.

This place deserves no stars all. They are so rude and try to brush you off when they are the ones trying to hassle you for some type of payment. They freeze your bank and take what's in it putting towards what you owe and when you try to talk about a payment all you get is wait till someone calls but your bank still frozen with them taking whatever money they can. They ask you all these personal questions in a form just so you can talk to a person on the phone.

So this place has froze my account and took over $2k out of my account. My bank called me Thursday to let me know that there was a court order to freeze my account and gave me case # and phone I called and they emailed my documents I was at work so didn't do no research they already took there money so no since doing a payment plan buy never told me what I owe my papers shows $1400 but they took extra. 2023 some court papers were dropped at my door step. If any one can help please do I have never in my life had this happen. I will be getting me a lawyer

I never received a court date… I have pleaded with this company several times begging them to please realize that I do not have any money!!! I am a single mom of 4 and I am barely making it.. they have froze my account and when I give them my bank statements they unfreeze them only to inquire on my cashapp. 😭 I put my money in cashapp and move it alll around to make sure I have the money available for my bills.. I don’t understand how I never got a court date but they got a judges signature.. this is messing with my health and the livelyhood of my children .. someone please help me stop them .. they don’t care if my CHILDREN have a roof over their head or food… not to mention I only owe FINGERHUT because I left an abusive relationship and could no longer pay the debt owed. It was wrote off (FINGERHUt is not missing any money) and sold to this supposedly law firm. That was 4 YEARS AGO!!!
