Started working with her back in January 2021, I joined the military to help adjust my parents status. She communicated well the first couple months and after we paid her all the money, she never returned a call or email. My parents cases are still not finished and at this point we are working with other attorneys but need a case file of what was done to begin with. Will not return calls regardless of the 48 hours, respond to emails or messages on the client portal. 4 years later in the military and still no hope for my parents. Would NEVER recommend.

After seeing Norma on Tiktok for a long time I decided to hire her to find out some information. After about a year of trying to get ahold of her and her leaving tiktok I felt robbed I called her office to get a refund and they never got back to me to this day still no refund and my issue has been resolved! DO NOT HIRE Norma!!!

Single worst experience with a law office. The damage they do to my spouse and our hopes and dreams. She is so quick to want illegals yet the people that follow the law and pay get shafted. This democrat lawyer Norma is corrupt. She is quick to want illegals but wont help us who paid $$$$$!!1000s

The office customer service is absolutely the worst. Ive been calling for the past 2 months and trying to get an answer on an immigration case. They never follow up, they never call back, they give you the run around, oh but they sure want your money. I would NOT allow this office to take any legal case of mine to be honest. Look for a law firm that gives you excellent service, calls back, answers questions immediately, and is a professional. This law firm is not the one for sure.

VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! Payed March 29th for a phone interview schedule for April 5th. I sent all paper work and fill out survey days before my appointment and the lawyer didn't read the papers so therefore she was unable to give me any info or advice as of what can be done. I resend all the paperwork again that same day and up to this day no one has called me. Every time I call I'm being told I'm gonna get a call back and that never happens. 100 dollars wasted. But I'm not even upset about that is the fact that no one calls me or answers my emails. Maybe I'll get an answer through here. I really had hope in this lawyer, but I was wrong.

I called the office of Norma Sepulveda, my brother is asking for asylum in Port Isabel. I paid $1,000 and the person I talked to said that they would talk to my brother and let him know right there if he had a chance.

He was deported a long time ago during the 3 strike law. He came back illegally and was put in jail 5 years, then deported again. I gave the office of Norma the case number so they can see if there was anything in his case that said he could come back in a few years or not at all.

All she did was go talk to my brother and did not have the time to call me back, she had a assistant called me and said it would be $10,000 to represent him. I asked what are the chances and she said in this case there are no guarantees. I asked did you pull his record and she said we can't until we go to court, in other words pay us $10,000.
I live in California and was trying to help my brother all they want is the money. I do not recommend this lawyer.
My poor brother is back in Mexico where he is having a difficult time
