So I’ve been shopping around for lawyers to help me get my prenups done before my wedding. I came across two other lawyer offices before coming across this one. With the first two I had both lawyers call me back within the same day for a 10 minute phone consultation where they gave me a quote and broad strokes about what to expect during the prenup process.

So when I called this office they said they would charge me $100 for a phone consult. I thought that was different but thought to myself it might be worth the money if the lawyer gives me a good price. So when I asked for the price they told me that they couldn’t give me a price if I had not paid the $100 for the consultation first.

This is the first law office I’ve ever called that asks you to pay $100 just so they can give you a price for the service that’s being requested.
