Mr Herbert quoted me a price for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Then over a transfer of property issue he tried to for e me into filing a Chapter 13 which would give him an additional $4100 in his pocket plus the $1300 in attorney fees he already charged me. When i refused to follow through he said he was keeping all the money except for the filing fees which is a rip off!! Beware!! Im on Social Security Disability and struggling as it is! He did nothing but feed me bullshit! Im reporting him to the bar association!!

Mr. Herbert and his Associates have done excellent work in getting our bankrupts case filed in a timely manner. Everyone has been friendly and polite and very helpful in explaining the process fully. They ae also very happy to answer any questions you have about the process,

My name is Shane. When I first called Marcus, I left a message for a call back having never met nor heard of him. He responded quickly and gave me about an hour consultation over the phone that was thorough and answered literally all my questions and reservations. I decided to go with them and throughout the bankruptcy, I felt like I got the same treatment from his paralegals and him. Nothing changed.... they were professional throughout the entire ordeal. I also had a complicated and very unique situation that I he had to take some time and figure out, which he did.... he obviously researched and explained it to me and got me through it - AND put it into laymen terms that was easy to understand. Marcus is as honest as they come. He is straightforward and direct which I love. I would highly, highly recommend them.
