Katrina the front desk employee was the highlight of my stay here. I had accidentally checked into the wrong LaQuinta in a different town a few miles away. All my family was stay at this LaQuinta, a day later when I realized my mistake I called and Katrina went above and beyond to get me into a room so I could be with my family. She never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The process was smooth and easy and I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped into the lobby. It was beautifully appointed, smelled fresh and clean, and the coffee was hot. The building was exceptionally clean, the rooms were cool, clean and the bed was beyond comfortable. The next morning I was again surprised by the pleasant smells from the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The waffles had strawberry, blueberry, whipped cream, Carmel and chocolate options. Oatmeal with add in options, eggs, meat, potatoes, yogurt, juice, bagels, toast and more. The pool and hot tub were clean and in working order. The hot tub was nice and hot and so enjoyable. For the price you cannot go wrong. But above all Katrina’s customer service was outstanding and really makes the place stand out above other places I’ve stayed. Thank you for a great time in Texas.

Seems to be a relatively new hotel. Everything was clean from the room, lobby ,guest bathroom. It is in a very good location from Walmart to all the different eateries. My only complaint would be the bed is very firm and that is just a personal opinion but my family loved it. I definitely would stay again

Always nice and clean. From the moment you walk into the hotel it’s very refreshing and smells that way the entire time. Well atleast for us it has been everytime we stay here. It a great location. But not too many places to shop in Red Oak for clothing. Neighboring cities offer a selection which aren’t that far.

Updated, modern, and clean. Our suite was very spacious and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a nice, comfortable stay, and would definitely recommend to others and re-book at this location.

Hotel is next to tons of restaurants in walking distance. Only con about the location is the noisy highway, but it wasn’t too bothersome inside the room. Pet-friendly hotel at $25/day for dogs.

I rented the meeting room for a boring event. The team working were so friendly and helpful. The lobby and bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen. I had this experience two different days.

Positive: Have stayed there multiple times and I've always been treated with amazing staff members and a clean property. Negative: Lots of bagged trash in the halls from workers who leave early in the morning. Nothing to do with the hotel but def on the it's patrons.

Hotel was clean, in a good location. Staff were friendly. Good value. We had no issues. Shower was nice. Room was large. Furniture was clean. Still had a new feeling. Safe location. Right off the interstate to make easy off and on. Would stay again.

Wonderful, new, and clean hotel with friendly and exceptional staff!! Everyone was very nice, but in particular Jajuan who helped me out with a special need. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the Red Oaks area. Thank you all for my great stay!
