My husband and I were ready to do our estate planning. We had an old copy of 'Best of Ellis County' and the Hale Law Firm was ranked #1. We did some further research on our own and found that they also specialized in elder care. We were not disappointed. From the first call that we made for an appointment to the day we went into the office to sign our final documents we were treated with the utmost respect. All staff members and the lawyer who handled our particular documents were professional, friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered completely and clearly. The whole process was done in a timely fashion. I might add, also, that it didn't cost us 'an arm and a leg' to have this done. We were very happy about that! We highly recommend the Hale Law Firm for your estate planning needs.

I will say that the all electronic, computer based process for reviewing documents is not always easy for those who may not be as proficient in computer portals or technology and may have difficulty reading computer screens. Otherwise the estate planning process was efficient and fairly easy. John was patient, listened to understand our needs and goals, and provided professional guidance and education. This law firm is great and trustworthy! I had an issue @ 6 years ago with getting Medicaid. They worked with me, gave me knowledge and were there each year we had to renew. They took a big burden off my plate and handled it with care and expediency.

This year I needed their help again with a Trust. Again they were so helpful, guiding in the right direction and completing the process. Love all their staff, and Gloria especially!
