I am so happy I found Emily to represent me. I had two other attorneys decline to take my case, (termination of fathers rights) but Emily jumped at the challenge. I am not sure how to formulate words that adequately express how amazing this office truly is.

When faced with a nightmare of a situation, Emily Hindman was a warrior for me.

She was the ultimate communicator, honest, fair, and more importantly listened. Qualities which sometimes can be lost when dealing with the legal system.

She never made me feel less than her or unimportant, but exactly the opposite.

Every single person I spoke with in her office, treated me with dignity and grace.

I can not stress enough how much of a true Godsend Emily was.

Emily Hindman was a great Probate Attoney. She helped me in gaining Guardianship of my handicapped sister. This was her first Guardianship case and it went very well. She mainly works on adoption cases, so this was different from what she normally does. But she helped me to clearly understand my options on how best to proceed in transferring my sister's Guardianship. I recommend her for future Guardianship cases in Ellis or Dallas County.
