Judy Hodgkiss is a woman I would lay my last dollar on in the jaded world of politics and justice. She is a mother. She is a FIGHTER. She served Justice for my babies and myself over twenty years ago and We have Never forgotten her compassion and willingness to take our case in dreadful Fannin County with the most crooked and vile politics.Judy approached the court room with confidence that is not typically found this side of heaven. You will not find a better group that will be at your service, go to bat for you, and truly care about your situation. The staff were all extremely friendly, polite, professional, and during my experience I felt as if they were family. James Rodgers was up-front, honest, and absolutely dedicated to resolving my case. Spoke to Nick when hired and was not aloud to speak with him afterwards, had to go through secretary. They never answered the phone, (after calling several times a month over an 8 month period) you have to leave a voicemail and she rarely returned my calls. Got absolutely nothing accomplished that a court appointed attorney couldn’t do. Terrible.
