Might as well jump on the Jfs bandwagon because these hold/wait times are ridiculous. I didn’t speak to anyone and I was not offered a call back option but a prerecorded message that hung up on me. Please realize and understand that we all don’t have time to wait on the phone all day long and to patiently wait for the door to be slammed in our faces when help is truly needed. Do better

Lawyers Nina C and Deb D worked miracles in my case. OJFS had made such a mess of my Medicaid that it was maddening. After nearly a year of worsening experiences and unjust hearings, I called Legal Aid and these terrific lawyers had my case resolved in less than a month! They are angels, miracle workers, and the kindest and most helpful professionals I could have ever hoped for! THANK YOU, LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF CLEVELAND!❤️

I have a vehicle that was gifted to me and clearly it was on the casual title sale “it is illegal to falsely claim you sold or bought the car for” car was gifted they put on the title thing I paid 5500 for the car so I pay tax and title why not say it was a gift? His dad pass away and now he the owner of estate so now he gets to get rid of dad things and boom long story short I’m a tax write off for him and! This place said they couldn’t help me

Did not help at all. Didn’t even give advice to where to go for help. It is super sad that they are supposed to help the less fortunate but they don’t even help with the elderly. I will go and ask for help for elderly abuse somewhere else maybe there is a lawyer reading this that will help me…

rude . Just rude . The intake lady answered the phone and would barely let me get a word in then hung up in my face . I SEE WHY THEY ARE RATED BAD. I should have looked at this before calling.

They only help the poor of the poorest its sad. They should be able to help anyone who cannot afford a lawyer Especially if they're rights Are being violated. I hate this city.
